Waste Management Plan (RCD)
Introduction
The construction of infrastructure and new buildings, as well as the demolition of properties, including small renovation works on homes and premises, generate waste that must be managed so that the right of all citizens to enjoy an environment suitable for personal development is guaranteed.
These wastes form the category called construction and demolition waste.
Spain
The Construction-Demolition Waste Management Plan (RCD) is a requirement of Royal Decree 105/2008, which in the Kingdom of Spain regulates the production and management of this type of waste, being applicable to all types of works: building, urbanization, demolition, renovation, etc.

Separation of waste on site
Construction and demolition waste must be separated into the following fractions, when, individually for each of said fractions, the expected generation quantity for the total work exceeds these quantities:[4].
