urban voids
Introduction
In urban terms, lot, buildable lot or empty, vacant or open plot is a piece of land that meets minimum conditions to be built on and on which its use can subsequently be adequately developed. These conditions fundamentally refer to the provision of water and electricity, the evacuation or purification of wastewater, and road access.
In the northeast of Mexico, the use of the term solar or cerco has been documented to refer to the area delimited by a fence in which the different uses of a home are located; That is, to refer to the delimitation of a piece of land regardless of the conditions of water, electricity and gas services.[1].
