The Ministry of Territorial Development and Habitat of Argentina was the government portfolio in charge of defining housing and habitat policies at the national level. It was created on December 10, 2019 during the presidency of Alberto Fernández, through Decree 7/2019 that modified the Law of Ministries,[1]​ transferring the housing area that was under the Ministry of the Interior, Public Works and Housing.[2]​

The ministry was dissolved by decree 8/2023 on December 11, 2023, as part of the reduction from 19 to 8 portfolios ordered by the Government of Javier Milei.

The portfolio was organized as follows:[3][4]​.

• - Territorial Development Secretariat.

• - Habitat Secretariat.

• - Federal Articulation Secretariat.

• - Coordination Secretariat.

According to Law 22,520, the ministry's powers were "to assist the President of the Nation, and the Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers, in accordance with their powers, in everything inherent to the policies to promote social and territorial rebalancing and the development of housing, habitat and urban integration..."[5]​.
