Urban planning management
Introduction
Urban management is the set of initiatives, instruments and mechanisms for the normalization of occupation "Occupation (Right)") and use of urban land and rural land") (Territorial management), articulated by political forces and initiatives of local society (Political management) and whose end is the generation of urban planning processes that must ensure the preservation of public interest over private interest (Urban management).
According to the RAE:
Manage is to carry out errands leading to the achievement of a business or any desire.
Urban is that belonging to or relating to the city.
