Urban Planning License (Works License)
Introduction
The Building License or Urban Planning License or Construction Permit is a permit required, normally by the local administration, to carry out any type of construction, it implies municipal authorization to carry out the works. Its purpose is to verify the adequacy of the license application with the provisions of the urban planning regulations.
In most cases, although it depends on the legislation in force in each region, the following activities are subject to a building permit:
