Transportation Terminal
Introduction
The Bogotá Transport Terminal is the company that manages the bus and taxi service for interprovincial, interdepartmental and international service, where the first international bus companies arrived, coming from Venezuela, called Lines of the Andes and Routes of America that interconnect with countries such as Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Bolivia and Brazil with the city of Bogotá and Colombia. Even the Peruvian company Expreso Internacional Ormeño also made its first appearance in this federal land terminal. It was founded in 1983.
Current terminals
Ciudad Salitre Transportation Terminal
It was inaugurated in 1984, it is located in the Ciudad Salitre sector, in the town of Fontibón. Whose access roads are Avenida 68 "Avenida Carrera 68 (Bogotá)"), Avenida Esperanza, Avenida Boyacá "Avenida Boyacá (Bogotá)") and Avenida Centenario "Avenida Centenario (Bogotá)"). From there buses and taxis leave to all destinations in the Colombian geography of the Center "Andean Region (Colombia)"), South "Amazon Region (Colombia)"), West "Orinoquía Region (Colombia)") and the Caribbean "Caribbean Region (Colombia)") and Pacific Coasts "Pacific Region (Colombia)"), in addition to providing cargo and parcel transportation services. It has five modules that cover different regions of the country and transportation services.
The Terminal is divided into five modules:

- Yellow: Routes to the south of the country.

- Blue: Routes to the east and west of the country.

- Red: Routes to the north of the country.

- Green: Interprovincial and interdepartmental taxi service.

- Purple: Arrival of passengers and boarding of taxis and urban service buses.
