Books
Patrick Lencioni is the author of nine books, among which it is worth highlighting: And you... do you work in a healthy or toxic company? (2013), Signs (2008), Meetings that kill (2004), The five dysfunctions of a team (2003), The four obsessions of an executive (2002), and The five temptations of a manager (1999).[3].
Lencioni has a narrative style that combines fable and essay. His best-known books begin with a fictional story that serves as a starting point to reflect on a topic and end with a detailed description of a business model that solves the problem raised in the book.
And you... do you work in a healthy or toxic company?
The central idea of this book is that toxic organizations waste most of the knowledge, experience and intellectual capital they have internally. On the contrary, healthy organizations take advantage of almost everything, which is why they have an advantage over their competitors.
The model that Lencioni proposes in this book seeks to transform toxic companies through four basic disciplines: creating a cohesive leadership team, creating clarity, overcommunicating clarity, and reinforcing clarity.[4].
