Step Ladders (Review)
Introduction
The ladder, portable ladder or ladder is a frame that allows a person to ascend and descend from inaccessible places because they are at a different height or level "Height (geometry)"). There are two types: rigid ladders that are free-standing or can lean against a vertical surface such as a wall, and rolling ladders, such as those made of rope or aluminum, that can be hung from the top. Rigid ladders are typically portable, but some types are permanently attached to a structure, building, or equipment. They are typically made of metal, wood, or fiberglass, but have been known to be made of sturdy plastic as well.
Historical uses
Ladders are ancient tools and technology. A ladder appears in a Mesolithic cave painting that is at least 10,000 years old, depicted in the Spider Caves in Valencia, Spain. The painting depicts two humans using a ladder to reach a wild honey bee nest to harvest honey. The ladder is depicted as long and flexible, possibly made of some type of grass.[1].
Parts
It is composed of two stringers of variable length joined transversely through crossbars placed equidistantly called steps or steps that allow progressive ascent to the desired area. They are easily transportable elements due to their lightness. Originally they were made of wood, currently the most used material is aluminum due to its lightness and because it allows joints between steps and stringers of greater consistency, which prolong the useful life of the staircase.[2].

Generally speaking, ladders can be divided into two groups:

There are countless models of stepladders or portable ladders depending on the height "Height (geometry)"), the number of sections, joints, etc. Some have work platforms, handrails and anchoring elements to carry out tasks at a certain height in complete safety.
