Introduction
Personnel is an element of marketing related to human resources.
The importance of people in the success of a service provision is evident, especially if one considers that:
• - Services are mainly intangible.
• - The people (employees) are those who generally provide the service, and their way of acting is part of the quality of the service perceived by the client.
• - Every employee can become a part time marketer (part-time marketing[1] [2]) depending on his or her degree of contact with the client.
This is more noticeable in personnel directly related to marketing, and the provision of the service, who due to their function have a lot of contact with the client; However, there are people who have other functions that put them in contact with the client, Example: guards, doormen, collection personnel, etc., who can influence the client's perception of the company and its services with their actions. That is why the success of marketing a service is closely linked to the selection, training, motivation and management of personnel.[3].
• - Internal marketing.
