Right of way
Introduction
The transit easement is a part of the land, privately owned, that has a limited use by local or national regulations. These are, in general, strips of land through which infrastructure owned by the State or concessionaire companies passes. The permitted uses for these areas depend on the reason they have been declared limited use.
In some countries, the right of way is known as right of way or right of way.
