Abelardo Carrillo Zavala (n. Palizada "Palizada (Mexico)"), Campeche, December 5, 1939). "He is a Mexican politician, member of the Confederation of Mexican Workers and the Institutional Revolutionary Party, he was governor of the state of Campeche from 1985 to 1991 and was also a federal deputy"). He currently resides in the city of Campeche.

He was Head of the Sectoral Directorate of INFONAVIT Workers.[1]​.

Abelardo Carrillo Zavala has served as a Federal Representative on four occasions as a member of the Great Commission in the XLVIII, L, LII, and LVI Legislatures; He was governor of Campeche from 1985 to 1991 and during his government he created the Housing Institute, INVICAM, and the Social Security Institute for State Government Workers, ISSSTECAM.

Much of his political career has been carried out within the Confederation of Mexican Workers (CTM), where he currently holds the position of Secretary of Social Welfare and Ecology.

During his position as Sectoral Directorate of INFONAVIT Workers[1]​ from 2009 to 2018, there were a series of irregularities in projects authorized before the Infonavit H. Council, supported by the workers' sector. Some of the unfinished developments that were authorized between 2013 and 2018 through the Housing Redensification and Location Stimulus Fund owe 962 million 367,899 pesos; while some of the authorized developments that were not completed authorized by the Total Comprehensive Credit owe 1,032 million 425,262 pesos.[2][3]​.
