The following table shows the longest tunnels in Latin America whose destination is cargo and passenger train traffic. It does not include "Metro (railway system)" or light rail systems, but it does include commuter trains. Only tunnels in operation or in actual construction are mentioned, not in projects.

The 22 km railway tunnel that was going to link Lima and La Oroya in Peru is no longer in the project.
