Post-event management
Introduction
Event organization[1] is the process of designing, planning and producing conferences "Congress (meeting)"), festivals, ceremonies, parties, conventions "Meeting (organization)") or other types of meetings, each of which may have different purposes.
Among the various tasks involved in the organization of an event, we can highlight the selection and reservation of the space in which the event will take place, the processing of permits and/or authorizations, the supervision of tasks, the internal logistics coordination or gastronomic services, among others.[2].
The field of study of event planning is relatively new. Currently there are different institutions specialized in the training of future professionals in the sector, in some cases universities, that teach this subject.[3].
Behind each event there is a great team of suppliers who each add their professional service and together they manage to contribute to the fulfillment of an event according to the style issued, Decoration Team, Sound and Stage Assembly Equipment, Wedding and Event Planner, Pastry Chef, Party Rooms and among others that give harmony to each creative process that is rarely seen but that achieve extraordinary results.
