Organizational structure
Introduction
The organizational structure is the pattern of relationships between its components or elements and because it is an abstract concept, it can be confused with organizational processes.[1] Two parts can be differentiated: The formal and informal organizational structure.
According to Mintzberg, 5 elements are identified:
