Introduction
The field of organizational development (OD) deals with the development, functioning and effectiveness of human relationships within an organization.
Emphasis is placed on human capital, dynamizing processes, creating a style and setting a goal from the institutional perspective. It is also a tool that, through internal analysis, allows obtaining information to guide or adopt a strategy or path toward change. Through this, the efficiency of all the elements that constitute it is achieved and thus achieve the success that is proposed.
This requires that an organization is capable or has the necessary elements to compete in today's world, therefore OD becoming a necessity.
To use this tool, a fundamental process is used or made use of, such as learning, which is the way by which knowledge is accessed by acquiring skills and abilities producing changes in behavior (axis for DO). It is for this reason that we must take into account the aspects that influence the performance of the elements that make up an organization.
