Historical development
Contenido
The client
The customer is the one who determines the nature of the business, what it will produce and how it will prosper. What the customer buys is never a product but rather a utility, what that product or service provides.
The customer is the growth of every company and the key to its durability. It is in order to meet the requirements of customers that society entrusts the company with the use of wealth-creating resources.
The essential purpose of every company is to create a customer; The company has only four basic functions: marketing, innovation, productivity and profit, which are the functions that produce results: all the rest of the activities are “costs”.
Marketing
Marketing is a set of activities related to each other to meet the objectives of a certain company. The main objective is to get goods and/or services from the producer to the consumer, it is a function whose responsibility falls to all members of the company, not to a specialized department or sector. We may have seen that producing is a requirement that we must always keep in mind, keep our goal in mind and create our own company.
