Obligations of the Construction Director
Introduction
The construction manager [1] is one of the building agents who participate in the construction process of an architectural project.[2] He is defined in the Spanish Building Planning Law as the agent who, as part of the Project Management, directs the development of the work in the technical, aesthetic, urban and environmental aspects, in accordance with the project that defines it, the building license and other mandatory authorizations, and the conditions of the contract, with the objective of ensuring its suitability for the proposed purpose.
Other competent technicians may direct partial or complementary projects, but always under the coordination of the construction director.
