Network Diagram (Precedence Diagram)
Introduction
The precedence diagramming method (in English, Precedence Diagramming Method or PDM) is a tool for scheduling activities in project planning. It is a method of constructing a project schedule network diagram that uses boxes, called nodes, to represent activities and connects them with arrows that show dependencies.[1].
