Multidisciplinary coordination
Introduction
It allows any type of company to develop continuous improvement. [1].
A multidisciplinary team can be defined as a group of people, with different academic training and professional experiences, who operate together, for a certain time, aimed at solving a complex problem, that is: they have a common objective. Each individual is aware of their role and the role of others, and they work together under the direction of a coordinator. A good analogy could be that of a symphony orchestra, where each musician is closely related to all the others, and under the direction of the conductor, they obtain the final result of their work.
The composition of multidisciplinary teams is very varied, both in the number of disciplines involved and in the number of members of each specialty. At the beginning of an activity, when planning it, following one of the known schemes such as the ((logical framework)), or another similar one, it is defined how the team of personnel destined to face the problem will be formed.
