Ministerial Order
Introduction
A ministerial order is a rule of regulatory rank that emanates from any of the ministers of the Government of Spain.
Hierarchically, it is located below the royal decree of the President of the Government and the royal decree of the Council of Ministers "Council of Ministers (Spain)").
Not only are they dictated by the ministers in the matters of their department, but the agreements of the Government Delegated Commissions will also take the form of a ministerial order.
