Metropolitan System
Introduction
This is a list of metropolitan railroad systems "Metro (transit system)") in the United States. Data on bus networks or light rail systems is not included. All trip data is represented unlinked (that is, line transfers in multi-line systems are recorded as separate trips). The information is provided by the American Public Transportation Association Passenger Report.
