Institutional transparency
Introduction
The Ministry of Justice and Institutional Transparency (MJyTI) was a Bolivian ministry in charge of the justice sector. It was closed on November 20, 2025, during the government of Rodrigo Paz.[1] Its last minister was Jorge Franz García.
It had five vice-ministries: Justice and Fundamental Rights; Native Indigenous Peasant Justice; Equal Opportunities; Defense of User and Consumer Rights; and Institutional Transparency and Fight against Corruption.
