Once condensed, the liquid refrigerant passes through an expansion valve where it reduces its pressure and temperature, entering the evaporator to absorb heat from the environment to be refrigerated. The refrigerant then returns to the compressor as vapor to repeat the cycle.
This continuous process maintains the environment or industrial process at controlled temperatures, with the compressor being the component that drives and maintains the refrigeration cycle in optimal conditions.
