Incubators
Introduction
A business incubator (also known as business incubator) is an organization designed to accelerate the growth and ensure the success of entrepreneurial projects through a wide range of business resources and services that may include rental of physical spaces, capitalization, coaching, networking (that is, access to a network of contacts) and other basic services such as telecommunications, cleaning or parking.
The business incubator is a support center that provides specialized advice to evaluate a business idea and turn it into a formal company. This action is vital as it minimizes business risk and increases the chances of success. 80%
of businesses that were formed independently do not survive the second year of life.
Business incubators are typically sponsored, supported, and operated by private companies, government entities, or universities. Its primary purpose is to help create and grow young companies by providing them with the necessary support in technical and financial services.

Contenido
Pre-incubation
It deals with the creation and refinement of the business plan of an entrepreneurial project. The final product of this part of the process seeks to refine the business idea, define the business model and validate it through market research processes such as surveys or focus groups. This part of the process in business incubators is closely linked to the strategic planning processes.
