Implementation plan
Introduction
An implementation is the execution or start-up of a programmed idea, whether it be a computer application, a plan, scientific model, specific design, standard, algorithm or policy.
(Always distinguish the term implementation from implementation, since an implementation is carried out in an imposed or mandatory manner on the user regardless of their opinion; on the other hand, in the implementation the user is involved in the development of what is being carried out).
In computer science, an implementation is the realization of a technical specification or algorithms as a program, software component, or other computing system. Many implementations are given according to a specification or a standard. For example, a web browser respects (or must respect) in its implementation the recommended specifications according to the World Wide Web Consortium, and software development tools contain implementations of programming languages.
In the IT industry, implementation refers to the post-sales process of guiding a customer through the use of the software or hardware that the customer has purchased. This includes requirements analysis, impact analysis, optimizations, integration systems, usage policy, user learning, whitewashing and associated costs. Often all these steps are managed and directed by a Project Director who uses project management methodologies such as those presented, for example, in the Project Management Body of Knowledge. Software implementation involves the work of groups of professionals who are relatively new to the knowledge-based economy, such as business analysts, technical analysts, software architects, and project managers.
In political science, implementation refers to the fulfillment of public policy. Legislation passes laws that are carried out by public officials working in bureaucratic agencies. This process consists of creation rules, administration rules, and allocation rules. Factors impacting implementation include legislative decisions, administrative capacity for bureaucratic implementation, an interested activity group and opponents, and executive or presidential support.
