Hydraulic drilling machine
Introduction
Rotary drilling equipment or drill is equipment used to drill very deep holes in the ground, in order to drain a geological reservoir in the most economical and rapid way possible. It is used intermittently, since the operation of the drill itself and the related operations to carry out the drilling require pauses during the course of the work.
Rotary drilling rigs are classified as on-shore drilling rigs or off-shore drilling rigs.[1] Their main design features are mobility, flexibility and maximum operating depth.[1].
Drilling equipment components, in general, are common to both types of drilling rigs. The only difference in weight is in the use of an extension tube (drilling riser) between the drill floor and the seabed when drilling in a coastal offshore environment.[1].

According to the height of the winch
Drilling rigs are differentiated by the number of connected pipes that they are capable of pulling out simultaneously and storing in the derrick when the drill string is needed out of the hole. Typically this is done when changing a bit or when logging a well.

Its main function is to support the weight of the rotation system, in addition to providing the necessary vertical displacement to the drill string.
