Introduction
Interactive planning is the attitude applied in a plan when planning is carried out in some area of interest. It is oriented to the future, based on the idea that the future of the organization depends on how the future is built from the present to achieve the future. It is about how we will work on the design of the desirable future and on the selection and invention of forms to produce it as faithfully as possible.
Interactive planning requires the establishment of commitments that provide certainty for the achievement of activities. When it is not possible to faithfully carry out the activities in practice, it is necessary to apply a contingency plan that reduces the uncertainty that arises in the interaction of the components of the organization.
To gain control of the desirable future, one must reduce the variations that can be expected in the behavior of the essential parts of the organization's system or environment.
