Heritage urban planning
Introduction
A Historical Conservation Property (ICH) is a characteristic applied by the Municipalities of Chile, through their regulatory plans, to those places or buildings that are considered heritage, historical, relevant and important to the culture of the locality,[1] without the need for them to have been declared as National Monuments of Chile,[2] in order to protect the construction from possible future demolitions or modifications. architectural.[2].
