Executive Summary
Introduction
An executive summary is a section of a planning or project document that summarizes the contents of the project. It includes the most relevant information so that the content can be consulted without having to read the entire document.[1] It appears at the beginning of the document and serves as a synopsis to position the person reading it. It is used in multiple disciplines and professional sectors: business, advertising and public relations, research, communication and, in general, in the writing of reports and projects for social and economic professions. It must be concise in all cases and, depending on the type of document it serves, it needs other characteristics in addition: for example, in a Business Plan, it should be attractive and attract the intention of potential investors.[2].
