Evaluation of ornamental elements
Introduction
The Granada Standard is a method of evaluating ornamental trees and shrubs.
The method takes into account different factors that give value to plant elements, in addition to the value of firewood, such as landscape, environmental, social and cultural, etc. It was promoted and written by a commission from the Spanish Association of Parks and Public Gardens (AEPJP) and has the endorsement of the Spanish Arboriculture Association (AEA) and the Associació de Professionals dels Espais Verdes de Catalunya (APEVC).
