Solar360 by Repsol and Movistar is a Spanish company founded in June 2022 as a result of a strategic alliance between Repsol and Telefónica Spain (Movistar),[2] with the aim of leading the photovoltaic self-consumption market in the country.[3] This collaboration combines Repsol's experience in energy solutions and Telefónica's technological capacity, offering comprehensive solar energy solutions to residential customers, neighborhood communities and companies. Since its launch, Solar360 offers services that cover the installation of smart solar panels, maintenance services, personalized financing, as well as a mobile application to monitor and optimize energy consumption in real time.
In September 2024, Valero Marín), general director of Customer of Repsol and member of its executive committee, assumed the presidency of Solar360, replacing Emilio Gayo, president of Telefónica Spain. The board of directors of Solar360 of Repsol and Movistar is made up of representatives of both founding companies.

Gabriel de Castilla Spanish Antarctic Base
One of Solar360's most notable projects is the installation of solar panels at the Spanish Antarctic Base Gabriel de Castilla,[5] located on Decepción Island. This initiative, carried out in collaboration with the National Geographic Institute "Instituto Geográfico Nacional (Spain)") (IGN), allows the base to have renewable energy for volcanic monitoring and communications, even during the Antarctic winter months.
