Endogenous development theory
Introduction
Endogenous development is a development model that seeks to improve the capabilities of a region or local community; so that its use means a strengthening and reanimation of society as such and its economy. This development occurs from the inside out, so that it is both sustainable and sustainable over time. It is important to note that in endogenous development the economic aspect is important, but it is no more important than the comprehensive development of the collective and the individual: in the moral, cultural, social, political, and technological spheres. This allows natural resources to be converted into products that can be consumed and distributed to the entire world.
In an organization of this type, there are individuals or human resources suitable in some branch of knowledge and they are willing to make that knowledge available to other members of the organization, with the purpose of voluntary technological transfer for the growth of all. This results in the strengthening, breadth, integration and development of individual capabilities and consequently the natural formation of multidisciplinary work teams that cooperate for the harmonious development of the organization in a systemic, symbiotic and synergistic environment.
There is another vision of endogenous development that presents it as a question about the ways in which a community can unfold (develop) in harmony with its environment, understanding that this unfolding involves guaranteeing the unfolding of all human beings who are part of that community. In this sense, the human being goes from being an object of development to being a subject of developments.
Features of endogenous development
Endogenous development, first of all, is an alternative to the comprehensive way of life implemented in most of the world based on the dominance of the world market represented by the large technological and food transnational oil companies; It is an ecological option in the face of this capitalist way of life where all the elements of a society can be integrated around itself.
Endogenous development seeks to reconvert the artificial worldview created by neocolonialism and irrational consumption and change it to a vision focused on community values that make people look at their local environment.
