1. Risk Identification:

First of all, a risk analysis must be carried out to identify possible threats in the environment. You can consider some factors such as fires, floods, earthquakes, accidents, etc. It is also necessary to evaluate specific risks according to the context, such as in a laboratory, chemical risks.

2. Emergency Communication:

An effective communication system must be established with staff. Consider using text messages or walkie-talkie calls if the emergency is urgent.

3. Emergency Kits:

Prepare emergency kits with basic supplies such as water, non-perishable food, flashlight, first aid kit, important documents, etc. And keep these kits in places that are accessible and known to all staff.

4. Evacuation:

It is important to define and signpost evacuation routes and meeting points in case of a major emergency such as a fire on the premises. It is advisable to conduct periodic evacuation drills to practice and familiarize yourself with the procedures.
