OfficeTrack is a mobile services platform that enables the permanent flow of digital information between employees in the field and a company's base of operations.[1]​

It combines a website for the management and monitoring of personnel operations in the field, with a mobile app, installed on employees' cell phones or tablets.[2]​

The system is made up of different modules that can be combined with each other, which are synergistically enhanced, improving the control and administration processes that involve street personnel.[3]​

The platform can be used as an autonomous and isolated system, or integrated with the companies' internal software (ERM, TMS, CRM, etc.) that can range from Excel spreadsheets to SAP, Dynamics, Remedy, Brainsys, HP Service Manager, etc.

OfficeTrack can work both Online and Offline where there is no data connection.

The company OfficeCore, of Israeli origin, was created in 2000 with the objective of developing, marketing and distributing management and location service platforms via smartphones for industries, service providers and cellular operators worldwide.

One of the most important tools is OfficeTrack, aimed at the corporate market. It provides mobile process management services such as: monitoring, performing tasks in the field, presenteeism, order taking, assistance and forms, all configured according to the needs of each client.

In 2013 OfficeCore opened up to the Latin American market, setting up offices in Argentina, Colombia and Peru for the marketing of its OfficeTrack App.
