The first preliminary provision of the TRLOTAU") of Castilla-La Mancha, defines solar as:.

Plot: the plot already equipped with the services determined by territorial and urban planning and, at a minimum, the following:

• - Access by paved road, and all surrounding roads must be open to public use, in adequate conditions. Neither the perimeter roads of the urban centers, with respect to the land surfaces adjacent to their outer margins, nor the communication routes of the centers among themselves or the roads, except for the crossing sections and from the first intersection of this with a street of the urban center, cannot be considered roads for the purposes of providing this service.

• - Supply of drinking water and electrical energy with sufficient flow and power for the planned building, construction or installation.

• - Evacuation of wastewater to the sewage network or to a treatment system with sufficient service capacity. Exceptionally, with prior express and reasoned planning authorization, the provision of septic tanks will be permitted by construction units or complexes with very low population density.

• - Pedestrian access, curbing of sidewalks and public lighting on at least one of the surrounding roads.

Valencian Community

Lots: (Concept according to Art. 11 Valencian Urban Planning Law, 2005).

1. • Plots are legally divided or formed plots, having adequate characteristics to support the use assigned to them by the urban planning, and are, in addition, urbanized in accordance with the alignments, grades and technical standards established by the planning.

2. • For the plots to have the status of plots, they will be required to be equipped with at least these services:

1. Road access to them by paved road, and all the roads they face must be open to public use, in adequate conditions. They do not justify the provision of this service nor the perimeter rounds of the urban centers, with respect to the surfaces adjacent to their outer margins, nor the communication routes of said centers among themselves, except in their crossing sections and from the first intersection of this with a street of the urban center, towards its interior.

2. Supply of drinking water and electrical energy with sufficient flow and power for the planned building.

3. Evacuation of wastewater to the sewage network. The provision of this service does not justify evacuation to ditches or septic tanks, unless planning authorizes the latter in exceptional cases and under appropriate conditions, for areas with very low building density.

4. Pedestrian access, curbing of sidewalks and public lighting, on at least one of the roads facing the plot.

3. • The plots subject to an Integrated Action") acquire the status of plot when, in addition to having the services expressed in the previous section, they have executed the minimum infrastructure of integration and connection of the Action with its territorial environment, approved when programming it.
