Creation space
Introduction
Project to create a space for artistic experimentation and creation, designed for contemporary modes of expression; combined arts, digital, multimedia, unconventional music, participatory theatrical expressions, video performance, etc. Above all, it seeks to break the classic artistic exhibition space, turning the "space" into a work in itself, leaving behind the concepts of "exhibition room" or "art gallery", to turn the exhibition into a WHOLE.
Exposure
The artists who will exhibit there will have the main objective of “taking over” the space: converting it, modifying it, to achieve a set of artistic expression, this is closely related to the intervention works: stencils, stickers, graffiti; in which the space is “transformed” to turn the everyday into a work of art, so are urban artists: musicians in the subway or downtown streets, actors who take to the streets to alienate passersby. At the same time, it will contain artists who necessarily require a place, such as video performance, multimedia, digital art, etc.; artists who cannot produce their work without an adequate space.
The exhibition, in conventional spaces, for a long time, was sent to the opening day. There are few exhibitions that have an audience beyond the opening day, this is because the social event exceeds the space itself, which is why the exhibition will be sent to an event, which will not last more than one day.
Creation space
The space, in addition to the exhibition and creation of works, will have as its supreme objective to bring together the artists, who generally carry out work separately, in part, due to the lack of a common space, generally in other types of "rooms" there is a tendency more towards separation than towards the union of them, much more so if they are of totally different genres. This has a lot to do with the GNU name space, which is an international regulation that encourages software, texts and art, free of licenses or copyrights. (www.gnu.org).
