Construction of Medieval Castles
Introduction
A feudal castle or medieval castle was a defensive construction, which served feudal lords to maintain control of their possessions in case of a threat. The case is a building that fulfills two functions, fortification and residence. Most were built between the year 1000 and 1500, in the Middle Ages. It was the home of a lord who had the obligation to provide men to fight for the king. The castle was a "base of operations" and a fortress, where other people could also take refuge in times of war.[1].
In the Middle Ages between the century, fall of the Western Roman Empire, until the beginning of ancient times, with the Renaissance (century) there were people of high insecurity, all these problems resulted in the creation of an ancient system called Feudalism.
