Collective antenna (DTT/SAT)
Introduction
A television antenna or TV antenna, is an antenna designed specifically for the reception of open television signals, which are transmitted on frequencies of around 41 to 250 MHz (called "low" channels 2 to 13) in the VHF band and 470-960 MHz in the UHF band in different countries.
Television antennas are manufactured in two different types: "indoor" antennas, which are located on top of or next to the television, and "outdoor" antennas, mounted on a mast on top of the owner's house. The most common types of antennas used are dipolar[1] ("rabbit ears") and loop or spiral antennas, and with respect to outdoor antennas, the Yagi[1] and log periodic antenna[1][2].
