Building Agent (Execution Director)

Introduction

Building agents are all persons, natural or legal, who intervene in the building process. Their obligations will be determined by the provisions of Law 38/1999, of November 5, on Building Planning and other applicable provisions and by the contract that gives rise to their intervention.

The law defines 8 agents, each with their obligations and responsibilities:
