The builder is one of the building agents participating in the construction of an architectural project.[1] It is defined in article 11 of the Spanish Building Planning Law as the agent who assumes, contractually before the promoter "Promoter (building agent)"), the commitment to execute, with its own or third-party material and human resources, the works or part of them subject to the project and the contract.
