The increase in production has been combined with a progressive effort to monitor hygiene and the food laws of the countries, trying to regulate and unify processes and products, and the industrialization of food products.
Food chain processes
Contenido
Food reception
The receipt of merchandise is only part of the link in the food chain. Quality assurance is a critical control point in the systems, given that if decomposed raw materials are received, it is very difficult to recover healthiness. Criteria for acceptance and rejection of merchandise are applied in this phase, very frequently decided by the professional judgment of quality inspectors.
