Introduction
This list of skyscrapers in Latin America contains these buildings ordered by height. While the world's tallest buildings are scattered throughout Asia and North America, a significant number of Latin American cities are also distinguished by their high-rise buildings.
The structure of the Obispado Tower, located in Monterrey, reached a height of 305.3 meters in March 2020, thus becoming the tallest building built in Latin America,[1] surpassing its predecessor by 5.3 meters, the Gran Torre Santiago skyscraper, formerly Costanera Center, inaugurated in Chile "Santiago (city)") in 2016, with a height of 300 meters.[2].

This list contains the 100 tallest completed and crowned buildings in Latin America, based on the standard height measurement established by the CTBUH. This includes spiers and architectural details but does not include functional telecommunications antennas. An asterisk (*) indicates that the building is still under construction but has been topped. The "year" column indicates the year the building was completed.

This list includes the tallest buildings that are under construction and that have not reached their maximum position that may be included in the list in the future.
The highest proposed
This list includes buildings that are proposed, with a planned height of at least 300 meters.
