Adaptation project
Introduction
Projects, understood as a sequence of related activities aimed at achieving an objective, in a given time, and with a defined set of resources, from their beginning, have a fairly well-determined process, generally called project cycle, regardless of the topic to which they refer, the duration of the process and the factors involved in it.[note 1].

Programming
It is the beginning of the cycle, here the major objectives that are intended to be achieved with the project are defined, the major guidelines are given, the space in which to intervene is defined and the times are established, in general terms.
ID
The “prefeasibility” is prepared, emphasizing the following aspects:.
In this phase, any additional studies that must be carried out are also defined before moving to the “Feasibility” phase.
Several possible solutions are developed to resolve the problem raised, determining their estimated costs.
From this phase, the decision is made whether or not to continue with the detailing of the project and, if the answer is affirmative, it can also be defined which of the several solutions presented in the previous phase should be further explored.
Instruction
All important aspects of the project are examined. The solution is defined in a more detailed and precise way; In addition, the Logical Framework is adjusted with the participation of the beneficiaries.
The relevance of the project idea, in terms of the problems, and its feasibility are usually key issues to study and define.
Intervention costs are defined with a precision of plus or minus 20% to 20%.
